Our journey through Denmark, part two, we visit Copenhagen.
Day one we take a short exploratory walk and the second day we dive a little deeper into this beautiful city.
Short, first impression of the city
On Thursdays there is a ferry from Ebeltoft to Odden on Sjælland. It is a beautiful autumn day and great to continue driving to Copenhagen. We find a spot at the camper place at the Kastrup marina in Copenhagen.
It is still early in the afternoon and the sun is shining, so we find the nearest metro stop, Kastrup, and drive to the center of the city. We get off at the town hall and take an exploratory walk through the center.

When it starts to get dark we get back on the metro and drive back, this time to the metro stop Femøren, just as far from the motorhome, but it makes a difference.
City walk
After a good night, what a lovely bed we have, we get up early and, after we have done some maintenance on our YouTube channel, we leave for the city, via the metro stop Femøren.
We have lunch at Paludan Bogcafé, the oldest book café in Denmark, really delicious, highly recommended for anyone visiting this beautiful city.
During lunch we look on the app izi.TRAVEL and find an attractive walk that leads us along the highlights of the city. Sometimes we go in somewhere and sometimes we just look from the outside.

Rosenborg Castle
When my phone breaks down at 5 o’clock, the battery is empty, we have been able to see a lot of the city. We find a nice little restaurant on the Nyhavn and we can look back on a beautiful day, tired but satisfied.

The metro takes us back to our Milady Landy and we curl up in our bed, tomorrow we cross the bridge to Sweden.
